The United States doesn’t rank number 1 as the best place to start a business according to Fortune Small Business. New Zealand tops the chart as most entrepreneur friendly. Where are we here in the good old U.S. of A? Number 2–followed by Canada, and Australia.
i think that a business can be started in any place as long as the right procedure is follow and there are local government rules that allow it. Having said this, I’ll go with US or A. This is since I do not know the rules in other countries. thank you, JMR
